Day 5

We started our last day in Frankfurt as usual with breakfast and then checking out of our rooms. The end of our Erasmus adventure was a trip to Escape Room. After an exciting collaboration, each group safely left the room and we went to the Market Square where we said our final goodbyes to our hosts.
We had some free time to walk around the downtown of Frankfurt one last time and buy the last souvenirs. In the evening we went to a nearby restaurant for a traditional German schnitzel for one last meal. We returned to the hotel to collect our baggage, said goodbye to the group of students from Iceland and before we knew it we were sitting on the bus, really exhausted after a full week of excitement.
We will certainly remember our experiences during the trip to Frankfurt am Main organized by the Erasmus+ project with great sentiment. We spent most of our time together with Icelandic, German and Turkish students. It was an excellent way to get acquainted with the new surroundings and customs of different countries. Thanks to the integration, we met a lot of wonderful people and learned a lot of new things that may be useful for us in the future. It was also an opportunity to exchange experiences with other project participants and a chance to spend free time with them. It is worth mentioning that during the trip we also visited many beautiful sights and learned about the culture and religion of each of the member countries. We were very impressed by how welcomed we were and how much we had in common with other countries. We also hope that the other participants will remember us positively and we will have the opportunity to see them again in the near future.
